Sales Telecaller Inbound

We are looking for a Sales & Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Cefforts India - 15 yr Old Company. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠To aware client(explaining product or giving demo on video call or walking client) and close deal.

2.⁠ ⁠⁠Give after sales service to client example arranging demo, any issue with transport etc.

3.⁠ ⁠⁠Arranging Demo from production team.

4.⁠ ⁠⁠Giving Printing orders to Designers and coordinating with them.

5.⁠ ⁠⁠Booking transport from Bigship or Rapidship portal & from dispatching to packing - check product of your client.

Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in is an added advantage.
