Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented tele-sales executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will interact directly with potential customers over the phone, pitch our services/products, and drive sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Address customer queries, handle objections, and successfully close sales.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets to earn additional performance incentives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Open to freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of BPO/telesales experience.
Language Proficiency: English along with at least 2 South Indian languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
Work Schedule & Compensation
Shift Timings: Day shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Working Days: 6 days per week
Take-Home Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹28,000 / month, CTC: Up to ₹34,000 / month Incentives: ₹15,000 / month
Location: Hoodi (Bengaluru)
