Job Description

Tele-Sales Executive –Dil Foods

We are looking for a motivated Tele-Sales Executive to manage inbound leads from various platforms, including social media, IndiaMART, Justdial, and more, and set appointments for the Business Development team. This role supports business growth across key cities including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Mysore, Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, and other upcoming cities as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle inbound leads from platforms such as social media, IndiaMART, and Justdial, and qualify them effectively.

● Reach out to potential restaurant partners via phone to explain Dil Foods' value proposition.

● Directly convert HORECA leads over the phone if the location is on the outskirts or in cities where Dil Foods is not yet operational.

● For Meta (social media) leads, if the partner is ready, onboarding can be completed directly over a call without the need for a field visit.

● Schedule and confirm appointments for the Business Development team in assigned cities.

● Accurately update and maintain records of leads, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.

● Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to partner onboarding.

● Provide regular feedback on lead quality and platform performance for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, or lead management roles.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

● Proven ability to manage inbound queries and convert them into business opportunities.

● Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
