🔹 Job Responsibilities | कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with students and parents.
- Students को courses, eligibility, admissions और career opportunities की जानकारी देना।
- Interested candidates का regular follow-up करना और admissions के लिए counsel करना।
- Maintain calling records, leads और follow-up reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
🔹 Required Skills | जरूरी स्किल्स
- Good Hindi & basic-to-good English communication.
- Strong convincing, counselling & follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp & CRM.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
