Job Title: Tele Counsellor (Sales Expert)

Job Description

IIOL Education is looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Counsellor who has strong sales and communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, understanding their requirements, counselling them about our courses, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads generated through website, social media, and marketing campaigns.

- Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities.

- Handle objections professionally and convert enquiries into admissions.

- Maintain proper follow-up and update CRM/lead records.

- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admission processes.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Tele Counselling, or Education Sales.

- Excellent Hindi communication skills (English is a plus).

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Comfortable working with sales targets.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM.

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
