  • Clearly explain offers, handle objections, and close appointments or sales on calls.

  • Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or Excel.

  • Achieve daily/weekly call, conversion, and revenue targets consistently.

  • Coordinate with sales/management for feedback, scripts, and performance improvement.
