Call customers to confirm online orders
Verify customer details, address, and product selection
Handle customer queries related to order confirmation
Update order status correctly in the system
Attend inbound calls from customers for:
Delivery status
Product-related queries
Returns, replacements & warranty support
Basic complaint resolution
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, QC) when required
Ensure polite, professional, and solution-oriented communication
Maintain accurate call logs and customer records
Update CRM / Excel sheets daily
Follow SOPs and escalation process properly
Fluent in Hindi & English
Good communication & listening skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web)
Calm, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to handle customer objections professionally
Prior telecalling / customer support experience preferred
