Telecalling Executives to assist clients with trademark registration services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong client relationships over calls.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Explain trademark registration services to potential clients.

Conduct client follow-ups and maintain lead records.

Assist clients with trademark application processes and documentation.

Coordinate with the internal trademark team to ensure smooth processing.

Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.

Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and MS Word.
