Key Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound Calls: Making daily outbound calls to prospective clients and handling inbound inquiries promptly.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying potential buyers, understanding their property requirements, and qualifying leads.
Scheduling Site Visits: Scheduling and coordinating site visits for prospective clients with the field sales team.
Product Knowledge: Providing comprehensive information regarding property, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
Follow-ups: Following up on existing leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Database Management: Accurately updating and maintaining client conversations and feedback in the CRM.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, conversations, and appointments.
