We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Swastik Group of Industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing information about our products and services, and resolving customer queries.

Responsibilities:

- Make 100 calls per day to customers

- Provide information about our products and services

- Understand customer needs and resolve their issues

- Handle customer complaints and feedback

- Meet daily call targets and productivity goals

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

- Basic computer knowledge

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Shift:

- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

- Monday to Saturday working

Salary:

- ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

- Performance-based bonus and incentives
