Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and share details about our services.

• Understand client needs and guide them through the process clearly.

• Maintain a polite, positive, and professional communication style.

• Record call details and customer information in the system.

• Follow up with interested clients and ensure smooth coordination.

• Work towards achieving daily and weekly call targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to handle questions and concerns calmly.

• Basic computer skills (data entry, CRM updates).

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
