Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database and leads provided.
Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and offers to customers.
Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments/site visits.
Maintain follow-ups with interested customers until closure.
Record customer information, interactions, and feedback accurately in CRM/software.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
Handle inbound queries related to properties and provide prompt responses.

Requirements:
Qualification: 10th/12th/Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling/Customer Service/Real Estate sales (Freshers can also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
