Job Description
SARVDA is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to handle company-generated leads and convert them into successful sales. The candidate will communicate with potential business clients, understand their requirements, explain products, and maintain regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls on company-generated leads.
Contact dealers, retailers, distributors, and other business clients.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Explain product details, pricing, availability, and offers.
Follow up with interested and potential customers regularly.
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiate effectively.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
Coordinate with the concerned team for order processing.
Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain daily calling and sales reports.
Build strong and professional relationships with clients.
