About the Role

We are building a new pilot team for the AT&T process and looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team.

The role involves handling inbound customer enquiries and engaging with customers who have expressed interest through chat or provided leads. The objective is to understand customer needs, resolve their queries, and recommend suitable internet services to generate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls and customer enquiries.

• Connect with customers who have shown interest through chat or available lead data.

• Understand customer requirements and answer product-related questions.

• Recommend suitable internet plans and services based on customer needs.

• Convert interested customers into successful sales.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with interested prospects.

• As a Sales Manager/Team Leader, guide team members, monitor performance, and support daily operations.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic sales and convincing abilities.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work night shifts.

• Prior sales or team-handling experience is an advantage.
