Role Overview
• Company: Ryxon Information Private Limited
• Nature of Work: Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Recruitment Support.
• Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sundays Off)
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Management: Identifying and contacting potential candidates or businesses interested in career services.
• Sales Conversion: Explaining the value of Ryxon’s career auxiliary packages and converting leads into active clients.
• Relationship Building: Maintaining a strong rapport with clients by providing regular updates, guidance, and information regarding their career path or recruitment needs.
• Market Research: Staying updated on current industry trends to recommend better solutions to prospects.
• Documentation: Handling basic paperwork and ensuring all client information is accurately recorded in the database.
Candidate Requirements
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years in Sales, Telecalling, or Front Office roles.
• Skills: * Good communication skills (Ability to speak Hindi and basic English).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Punctuality and a professional attitude.
• Gender Preference: Often open to both, though some specific branches have previously focused on female candidates for front-office sales.
