Position: Telecaller
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential students/customers.
- Explain our E-Learning courses and subscription programs clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments/demo sessions.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling experience is an advantage.
