Tele caller
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM/Excel.
Follow up with interested customers to convert leads.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
Key Requirements
Graduate or undergraduate with good communication skills.
0–2 years of experience in tele calling or customer support.
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work under target-based environments.
Proficiency in Hindi; English communication will be an added advantage.
