Job Title: Tele caller – Solar Sales (Female Candidate Required)

Job Type: Full-time About Us: Grun Power is a leading Solar EPC company committed to driving the clean energy movement across India. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Tele caller – Solar Sales Executives to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:  Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar energy solutions.  Generate leads through cold calling, database calling, and inbound inquiries.  Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solar solutions.  Schedule appointments for the field sales team.  Maintain and update the CRM/database regularly.  Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.  Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion. Requirements:  2 years of experience in tele calling or inside sales (preferably in solar or renewable energy).  Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.  Strong knowledge of solar energy products is a plus.  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.  Positive attitude and strong work ethic.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
