Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
Accurately record and update customer interactions, sales, and lead information in CRM software.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Continuously strive to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.

Skills and Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
