Responsibilities:

Handle incoming IndiaMART leads and customer inquiries
Call customers and understand product requirements
Share quotations and follow up for orders
Coordinate with procurement and dispatch team
Maintain customer database and follow-up records
Develop new customers in research & diagnostic sector
Achieve sales targets and generate repeat business

Preferred Candidate:

Background in Life Science / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Pharmacy
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Experience in laboratory or research product sales preferred
Freshers with good communication can also apply
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Email communication
