To handle patient inquiries, provide accurate information, and convert leads into consultations/registrations by effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hospital services.
Explain hospital treatments, facilities, and packages to prospective patients.
Counsel and guide potential patients over the phone and encourage them to visit for consultation.
Follow up on inquiries/leads received through calls, social media, references, and promotions.
Maintain lead data, update CRM/software, and track conversion ratios.
Coordinate with respective departments/doctors for scheduling consultations and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly lead conversion and patient acquisition targets.
Provide a pleasant, empathetic, and professional experience to all callers and prospective patients.
Job Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in calling, tele-counseling, or lead conversion (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service industry).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
