• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

• Follow up on leads and prospects through phone calls or emails.

• Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and delivery timelines.

• Handle customer objections and complaints professionally.

• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performance.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
