We are looking for a results-driven Tele calling to join Kishantha Ventures Private Limited in Bangalore, 2nd Phase JP Nagar. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹33000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities (Sales):

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple channels, including networking, referrals, digital outreach, and industry events.

• Effectively present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers by understanding their needs and positioning solutions accordingly.

• Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.

• Negotiate terms and close sales deals with a focus on delivering value to clients and ensuring seamless execution from agreement to delivery.

• Develop and deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate product features, benefits, and return on investment.

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the sales cycle.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience in sales/business development. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge is an added advantage.
