Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

Handle inbound queries and provide information effectively.

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details.

Understand customer needs and close sales or schedule appointments.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Assist in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.

Provide feedback and suggest improvements for customer engagement
