We are currently hiring dynamic and experienced Sales for our mandate projects in Bangalore at various locations.
Rules and Responsibilities
The Pre-Sales Executive plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by understanding client requirements and crafting tailored solutions that showcase the value of our offerings. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge and communication skills, enabling them to bridge the gap between customer needs and product capabilities.
· Engage with potential customers through calls, chats, and follow--ups
· Participate in client visits/meetings to understand business needs and stay updated on competitor offering
· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable project options.
· Coordinate and confirm client visits to project sites.
· Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high conversion rates.
· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead flow.
· Maintain daily call logs, follow-up reports, and CRM updates.
