Minimum Education

• 12th pass.

• Undergraduates also applicable (Minimum: 12th Passout with result in hand.)

Work Experience

Fresher with good comms.

Min. 6 months – 5 years exp. From BPO Outbound process.

Industry Exposure Required

• Can communicate in Hindi and English both

• Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/lead generation.

• Lead Generation process

• Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable

Compensation Band

For fresher

16k in hand- 19500 ctc.

For exp-

Up to 21k. In hand/ctc same. (no pf Deduction)

• We are providing leads (of the interested students who want to join frankfinn) to the candidates, they must call the student and convenience them to attend free Walkin seminar which is provided by Frankfinn.

Criteria

• Min -12th Pass out Candidate.

• With No MTI-Mother Tongue issue (S-SH, V-VH, P-PH Sound Error)

• RTI-Regional touch issue (Nepali, Kashmiri, Manipuri, Odisha)

• Speech Clarity Required

• Age- Min.18 and Max-34

• Talkative candidate

• Must spoke 3-4 line on every given topic.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
