We are looking for an experienced and articulate Female Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients participating in upcoming exhibitions, understanding their specific stall requirements, and creating initial presentations/proposals to secure qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Research upcoming trade shows and exhibitions to identify target companies (exhibitors). Reach out to marketing managers and decision-makers via cold calling and email.
Requirement Analysis: Have detailed discussions with clients to understand their specific needs, including:
Stall size and floor plan.
Budget constraints.
Branding guidelines and design preferences.
Presentations: Prepare and send introductory company presentations and credentials (PPTs) to showcase our past work and capabilities.
Coordination: Act as the link between the client and our internal design team. Convey the client's brief accurately to ensure the 3D design matches their vision.
Follow-ups: Maintain a strong follow-up mechanism to ensure our design proposals are reviewed and feedback is received.
