Job Role:
The Insurance Motor Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales and promoting motor insurance products, assisting customers in selecting the appropriate insurance policies, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the sales process. This role requires excellent customer interaction, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Target Achievement:
Actively pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote and sell a variety of motor insurance products to individual and corporate clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HNI customers,
insurance company officials.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly explaining policy options, benefits, and terms..
Qualifications: Any Graduation. MBA will be preferred
