Job Description

We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team at at India Shelter. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Engage proactively with inbound leads from digital channels.
Outbound calls to be done to prospective leads.
Assess and qualify leads based on home loan eligibility criteria.
Coordinate with branch teams for seamless lead handover.
Maintain accurate records in CRM system.
Follow up persistently with leads until closure.
Meet and exceed individual and team targets.

Education - Pursuing or bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience - 0 to 5 years

Communication - Good Verbal and interpersonal skills.
