Working Day: Monday to Saturday time at 9:30 to 6:30

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, understanding customer requirements, and promoting our fire and safety products over the phone, whatsap, digital means.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain company products and services.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Coordinate with field sales and service teams when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/ 12th Pass / Graduate preferred with min. 18 years of age

• Prior experience in telemarketing/telesales (Fire & Safety industry preferred).

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet lead generation targets

Salary: Rs.15000 -Rs.30000

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
