Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele Caller to join our real estate team at Ghar Mil Gaya in Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for our sales team. Fluency in Konkani is mandatory, along with basic communication in Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain real estate projects

• Handle incoming inquiries and provide necessary project information

• Generate leads and fix appointments for site visits

• Maintain a daily follow-up sheet and update CRM

• Coordinate with the sales team and ensure smooth communication with clients

• Maintain a courteous and professional approach in all customer interactions

Requirements:

• 12th pass or any graduate

• 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling (real estate experience preferred)

• Must be fluent in Konkani (spoken), with basic Hindi and English

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and convincing ability

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM is an advantage
