As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be speaking to people over the phone to tell them about our marketing events and your main goal is to interest them and invite them to attend marketing events where they can learn more and become members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from our provided contact list.

•Invite customers to our marketing events held at various locations.

• Keep a record of calls made and customer responses.

• Follow up with interested leads and confirm their attendance at events.

• Work closely with the sales and events team to ensure smooth coordination.

• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude on every call.

Skills Needed:

• Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Punjabi].

• Confident, polite, and friendly phone manners.

• Willingness to learn about travel services and offers.

• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
