Client Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our corporate travel solutions and qualify sales leads.
Data Management: Accurately update customer interaction logs, contact details, and sales pipeline status in the CRM/database.
Reporting: Generate daily/weekly call reports and summaries for the sales team.
Accuracy: Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all data related to client contacts and travel bookings.
Graduate (Minimum Qualification).
0 - 2 years of experience in Telecalling.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
