Job Description:

We are seeking a Regional Caller to support our outreach efforts on a project basis. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi, and comfortable making professional outbound calls to individuals across different regions. This role involves effective communication, data collection, and reporting based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls as per the daily/weekly call list.

• Communicate clearly and professionally in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.

• Record feedback, update call status, and maintain detailed logs.

• Report daily progress to the project manager/coordinator.

• Ensure quality and consistency in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi (both spoken and understanding).

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or outreach preferred.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have a smartphone/laptop with a stable internet connection.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
