Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Telecaller responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into clients for our digital marketing and business launch services.

Make outbound calls to generated leads and cold prospects

Handle inbound inquiries from campaigns, website, and social media
Explain services like:
- Business Launchpad
- Website Development
- Digital Marketing Services
Identify client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Follow up consistently to close deals
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead optimization
