Tele calling

We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telecalling Executives to join our customer care and sales team. You will be the voice of Curely Ayurveda, connecting with potential customers, guiding them through our wellness offerings, and helping them make informed health decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.

• Provide detailed information about Ayurvedic products and treatment plans.

• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.

• Follow up on inquiries and leads to ensure conversion.

• Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues as needed.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service preferred.

• Knowledge or interest in Ayurveda and wellness is a big plus.

• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
