Job Summary:
We are looking for a soft-spoken and sales-oriented Telecaller who will be responsible for calling students and candidates, explaining our various educational courses, and converting inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students, leads, and inquiries
Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions
Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel
Handle basic queries and provide accurate information to students
Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth onboarding
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Soft-spoken and polite approach while handling calls
Strong sales and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling tools, CRM)
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience in telecalling / telesales / education counseling preferred
Salary Range (Suggested):
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) depending on experience
