Tele calling

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing and potential customers to inform them about products/services.

• Answer queries about the company or products.

• Maintain records of calls and customer responses in a database.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.

• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in [Hindi/English/Regional Language].

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Prior experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
