At Derma Sense, we specialize in advanced skin and hair treatments, offering personalized care to our clients. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Hair Transplant Caller to join our team and drive consultation bookings for our hair transplant services.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to hair transplant inquiries.

• Understand patient needs and explain our hair transplant services clearly and confidently.

• Follow up with leads regularly to maximize consultation bookings.

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.

• Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.

• Train and mentor junior callers if needed.

• Coordinate with doctors and management for seamless patient experience.

• Provide detailed feedback about lead quality and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar calling or consultation coordination role, preferably in a hair clinic or cosmetic services.

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.

• Target-driven attitude with proven achievement records.

• Ability to handle objections professionally and convert inquiries into consultations.

• Good computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.)

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed salary + Attractive performance-based incentives.

• Higher incentives for exceeding monthly targets.
