We are looking for a Telecalling & Client Coordination Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining records, coordinating with clients, and supporting administrative follow-ups. The position offers an In-Hand Salary and excellent growth opportunities.
Ensure smooth client communication and follow-up processes.
Make outbound calls, respond to inbound calls, and resolve basic customer queries.
Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up trackers, and customer records.
Organise and document physical and digital data for easy retrieval.
Support administrative work and coordination with internal teams.
Generate call summary reports for decision-making and performance review.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information at all times.
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass, with 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome complete training will be provided).
The role requires good communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, strong follow-up ability, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Candidates must be open to a Monday to Saturday working schedule.
