Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Explain Samridhi Software’s marketing and software services clearly and professionally.

• Understand client requirements and share suitable solutions.

• Generate leads and convert them into appointments/meetings.

• Maintain call records and update CRM regularly.

• Follow up on leads and ensure meeting confirmations.

• Coordinate with the creative & sales team for scheduled meetings.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Strong persuasion and listening skills.

• Ability to build rapport over phone calls.

• Basic knowledge of marketing services (training will be provided).

• Confident, disciplined, and target driven.
