• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Handle customer complaints professionally.

• Follow up for payments, order updates, or required documents (if applicable).

• Maintain a courteous and professional tone on calls.

3. Sales Support

• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and company benefits clearly.

• Schedule appointments for the field sales team (if required).

• Update CRM/Excel sheets with lead details.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain and update call logs, lead sheets, and follow-up tracker.

• Report daily/weekly performance to seniors.

• Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
