Full Time
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Tele-Caller to join our team and be the first point of contact for inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, quick at understanding customer requirements, and disciplined with follow-ups and CRM updates.
You will work closely with the Sales and Performance Marketing teams to qualify leads, nurture prospects, and ensure high-quality opportunities are effectively moved through the sales pipeline.
Requirements
• Call inbound leads from digital campaigns within 5 minutes of enquiry
• Qualify each lead on requirement, budget range, timeline, and preferences
• Log every call outcome, note, and qualification detail in the CRM — no lead left un-updated
• Route hot leads to the sales team with full context, and schedule meetings or site visits
• Follow up systematically on warm and nurture-stage leads
• Share on-ground feedback with the performance marketing team on lead quality by campaign
• Maintain daily call volume and connect-rate targets
Benefits
