We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to manage and develop corporate connections for Vodafone Idea (Vi). The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing existing business relationships, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential corporate clients for Vi products and services.
Generate new corporate business through calls, meetings, references, and field visits.
Manage existing corporate connections and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom solutions.
Coordinate SIM allocation, activation, documentation, and related requirements.
Follow up with clients regarding billing, payments, and service-related issues.
Ensure corporate numbers remain active and are used in accordance with applicable requirements.
Coordinate with Vi teams for activation, provisioning, billing, and customer support.
Maintain accurate records of corporate customers, connections, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly sales, activation, revenue, and collection targets.
Prepare regular sales and customer activity reports for management.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
