Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Technical Sales Executive to support sales growth through effective customer coordination, technical discussions, lead generation, and follow-up activities. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and providing technical and sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through technical discussions, client interactions, and regular follow-ups

• Coordinate with existing and prospective customers to understand their technical requirements and application needs

• Present product features, technical specifications, and application suitability to customers

• Share product details, technical data sheets, pricing information, and quotations as required

• Follow up on technical inquiries, trials, proposals, and pending orders

• Support the sales team in achieving assigned sales targets and business objectives

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical discussions, inquiries, and orders

• Coordinate with internal departments such as production, dispatch, and logistics for smooth order execution

• Assist in payment follow-ups and basic commercial coordination

• Provide guidance and performance support to newly joined employees reporting to you

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through effective technical and sales support

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good coordination and follow-up abilities

• Basic technical knowledge related to welding consumables or industrial products (preferred)

• Sales, negotiation, and convincing skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
