Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Technical Sales Executive to support sales growth through effective customer coordination, technical discussions, lead generation, and follow-up activities. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and providing technical and sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through technical discussions, client interactions, and regular follow-ups
Coordinate with existing and prospective customers to understand their technical requirements and application needs
Present product features, technical specifications, and application suitability to customers
Share product details, technical data sheets, pricing information, and quotations as required
Follow up on technical inquiries, trials, proposals, and pending orders
Support the sales team in achieving assigned sales targets and business objectives
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical discussions, inquiries, and orders
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, dispatch, and logistics for smooth order execution
Assist in payment follow-ups and basic commercial coordination
Provide guidance and performance support to newly joined employees reporting to you
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through effective technical and sales support

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good coordination and follow-up abilities
Basic technical knowledge related to welding consumables or industrial products (preferred)
Sales, negotiation, and convincing skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
