We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Executive (M.Tech Only) to join our team at Mayur Dynamic Tiles & Pavers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, providing technical product support, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 (In-hand) + Performance-Based Incentives
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through site visits, networking, and lead generation.
Meet contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and project owners to promote company products.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical product solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and customer teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Conduct market research to identify competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Qualification: M.Tech (Mandatory)
Experience: 1–3 years in Technical Sales, Construction Materials, Building Materials, Cement, Precast, Concrete Products, or related industries.
Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, CRM tools, and computer applications.
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and B2B sales will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
