- Manage the product query handling and provide resolution of query of all products
- Protect and grow revenue on existing customers, managing customer life-cycle, Ongoing support around customer service, Customer renewals, forecast, reduce rechurn, Cross selling - Upselling of Techmet products with customer WOW experience

- Give product trials to clients and implement the software in their business after payment.

- Need to focus on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retentions

- New feature acknowledgment and setting the priority of bugs/ features based on requirement for product roadmap

- Cold calling , lead followup
