Position: Sales Team Leader

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Sales / Team Handling
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Train and guide team members on product knowledge, communication, and sales strategy.
Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and close business deals effectively.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
Coordinate with management on new business initiatives and targets.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Create a positive, energetic, and result-oriented team environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 year in a team leader role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
