Job Responsibilities (English)
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.
- Handle education-related activities, student counselling, and admission processes.
- Guide team members regarding courses, educational programs, and student queries.
- Monitor team performance, prepare reports, and conduct regular meetings.
- Generate leads, follow up with students, and support admission conversions.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and team members.
- Train team members and ensure smooth daily operations.
आवश्यक जिम्मेदारियाँ (Hindi)
- टीम को संभालना, गाइड करना और मासिक टारगेट पूरे करवाना।
- शिक्षा से संबंधित कार्यों, स्टूडेंट काउंसलिंग और एडमिशन प्रक्रिया को मैनेज करना।
- टीम को कोर्स, एजुकेशनल प्रोग्राम और स्टूडेंट्स के सवालों के बारे में सही जानकारी देना।
- टीम की परफॉर्मेंस मॉनिटर करना और रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
- स्टूडेंट्स से संपर्क करना, फॉलो-अप लेना और एडमिशन कन्वर्जन में सहायता करना।
- स्टूडेंट्स, पेरेंट्स और टीम के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना।
- टीम को ट्रेनिंग देना और रोज़ाना के काम को सही तरीके से मैनेज करना।
