TEAM LEADER-BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER Key Responsibilities of the Team Lead: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of at least 10 BDOs. Set performance goals and monitor daily activities and achievements. Provide regular training and motivation to the team. Develop business strategies and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners and referral partners. Implement promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Channel Head and local marketing team. Plan and execute referral partner/BTL activities.
